Here was the internal conversation between me and the author while I read this book...McBride: Okay, so this is a story about an angel who falls from grace and is forced to live on Earth with no memory of his past.
Me: That sounds good! Not totally original, but I am a fan of thise concept. Tell me more about your story.
McBride: There are demons and fae in the world as well.
Me: Great. Go on.
McBride: Oh...uh...It's based in Scotland.
Me: ...Okay, settings are...good... What is the plot?
McBride: What's that?
Me: Oh, God.
McBride: Oh, I think I know what you mean. Yes, it's filled with quickie sex scenes -- Oh! And, I'll make this into a series!
Me: Oh, God. No.
